The dried butterfly pea flower can be used for many purposes. For example butterfly pea flower tea, which makes an excellent caffeine-free herbal tea. You can also enjoy it with lime and dried licorice root. The color of the tea will change when you add lime to the pea flower solution. If you want a bright red color you can add dried roselle hibiscus.
